GLORY OF INDIA AWARD - 2011
We congratulate our General Secretary Engr Rishabh Nath Jain for being the recepient of "Glory of India Award - 2011" for his meritorious services, outstanding performance and remarkable role in serving the engineering fraternity in Kuwait. He was honoured with this globally reputed award and certificate of excellence at a function held in New Delhi on 11th January 2012.

IEI SCIENCE CLUB:ELECTRICITY
5th IEI Science Club- celebrates its ultimate program for the year 2011 at Better Book Store in Salmiyah. The show basically focused on the subject-Electricity by the kids. It had displays of charts, power point presentations, panel discussions, short movies and more. The ceremony commenced with a beautiful Electricity song for the children.

IEI – 44th ENGINEERS’ DAY 2011
Institution of Engineers (India), Kuwait Chapter, celebrated 44th Engineers Day at Crowne Plaza on 10th October 2011. Theme of this year was “Engineering Preparedness for Disaster Mitigation”. Function was inaugurated by Mr. H K Mohan, First Secretary, Embassy of India.

TECHNICAL PRESENTATION SEMINAR ON 13TH JUNE 2011 AT 6.15PM AT HOLIDAY INN
Chairman, Engr. Sundararajan updated the gathering on activities of the Chapter and encouraged all to participate and be benefited from it’s  activities. Engr. Karunagaran introduced the speakers, Dr. Manik Dey who presented the topic, “Cloud Computing” and Dr. Rumane Abdul Razaak who spoke on, “Contractor’s Quality Control Plan”.

IEI SCIENCE CLUB: SCIENCE EVERYWHERE
The IEI(Institution of Engineers India, Kuwait Chapter)’s Science Club began this year’s scientific journey in a unique manner.
“I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand”- With these thoughts reverberating in the backdrop the IEI, Science Club members met in the afternoon of June 3rd,2011.
