Inception
The Institute of Engineers ( India ) Kuwait Chapter was established on 20th November 1995, with the efforts and initiative taken by a few Indian Engineers employed at Kuwait.
In a well attended function held at Meridien Hotel, the President, Engr. P.M. Chacko and the Secretary and Director General Major General S.P.Misra declared the opening of the local Chapter.

Eng. M S Ray , Managing Director of TCB Cert Worldwide delivered a speech on “Business Excellence through Quality” and gave a brief of Historic Evolution of Quality ,Quality movements Worldwide including India, Contributions of Quality Gurus , EFQM Business Excellence model ,Role of IRCA and CQI in developing Certification programs for Auditors of Management System.
